Open to PAMED and MEDCHI Accredited Providers
Friday, June 2, 2017
Pennsylvania Medical Society
777 East Park Drive
Harrisburg, PA 17111
Whether you are a seasoned CME professional or brand new to the CME world, we hope you can join us to network with like-minded CME colleagues, learn from experienced facilitators and shared perspectives, and take away valuable tips or tools to enhance your own CME operations.
An added bonus includes guest speaker Marcia Martin, Director of Provider Education at the ACCME, who will be joining us to talk about how to use CME to strategically advance your organization and to present information about the new commendation criteria.
Registration, Light Breakfast, and Networking: 9:30 A.M. – 10:00 A.M.
Conference with Box Lunch: 10:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
Why should you attend?
Better Outcomes - We have seen a correlation between
conference and webinar participation and
fewer progress reports.
Condensed Hours and Reduced Registration Fee - The conference will run from 9:30 – 3:00 which will hopefully allow attendees to drive to and from the conference in one day, avoiding the need for overnight hotel room costs. The cost is
$59.00 per person which is less expensive than any previous conference. It is our hope that the reduced fee and condensed hours may allow for multiple attendees from the same organization.
Preconference Flipped Classroom -
Even though the time out of the office is less, the learning will be the same or more. The Thursdays @ 3 Webinars in April and May, along with a flipped classroom approach with prescribed reading materials and videos to watch prior to the conference will provide participants with more learning opportunities.
Address Competence and Performance - Sessions include strategies for engaging your leadership, learning how to incorporate the basic ACCME criteria and policies into your CME Program and information about the ACCME's new commendation criteria.
